1. Shipping Coverage
We currently deliver within the United Arab Emirates (UAE), including:
- Dubai
- Abu Dhabi
- Sharjah
- Ajman
- Ras Al Khaimah
- Fujairah
- Umm Al Quwain
2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Once your order is confirmed and processed, you will receive a confirmation message via email or SMS.
3. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times within UAE:
- Dubai & Sharjah: 1–2 business days
- Abu Dhabi & other emirates: 2–4 business days
Delivery times may vary during peak seasons, sales, or unforeseen delays.
4. Shipping Fees
Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated at checkout.
- Orders above 200 may qualify for free delivery
- Orders below that amount may incur a standard delivery fee of [insert fee, e.g. AED 10–25]
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS so you can monitor your delivery status in real time.
6. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partner will attempt delivery up to 2 times.
If delivery is unsuccessful due to customer unavailability, additional charges may apply for re-delivery.
7. Incorrect Address
Please ensure all shipping details are accurate at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
